After go-live on a new website, you get one month of free support. Many clients manage their own content, which gives them greater control and saves money. Great! We’re all for that. But the back-end aspects can be a bit tricky. Which is why we offer a monthly maintenance service that includes security, updates, backups and keeping an eye on your site’s general health. So you don’t have to worry about it and can focus on just running your business.

Hosting

Monthly site server hosting that suits your needs and can be scaled as your business grows. This will optimise your site speed and enhance the user experience.

Updates

We keep core site engine, plugins, themes and other software updated, do critical patches, and manage domain name registration and software subscriptions for you. So your site is always using the most recent versions. (The subs fees are extra though!)

Security

We deploy the very latest in security to keep your site – and your business – safe from threat. This includes site certificates, security plugins, client Cloudflare accounts, Wordfence, two-factor authentication for site admins, reCaptcha etc.

Backups

Regular site and data backups give you peace of mind that your site can be restored if something were to happen. We do daily backups to the cloud, stored for 7 days, up to 1GB per week.

Support

We’re available for general content, design, technical or developer support if you need us. We love a challenge and we aim to please, but our expertise is hard-earned, so you will be billed for our time.

Measurement

We’ll set up a Google Analytics account for you so that you can monitor the performance of your site and see what your customers are most interested in.

Choose the option that suits you. You are always welcome to change your plan as your needs change. Sign up for a year and get a month free.

The fine print …
  • Monthly plans are billed in advance via card subscription.
  • You can cancel any time, but there are no refunds.
  • Annual plans are fixed for the year, after which you can downgrade to a monthly plan if you want to.
  • Each subscription is valid for 1 website only.
  • eCommerce and membership sites must select the Chipotle or Habanero plan, depending on the size and complexity of the site.
  • Web changes time does not roll-over or accumulate. If you want extra support, ask us for a quote or upgrade your plan. 
  • We’ll assess your site when you sign up to see if there are any special requirements and give you confidential feedback and recommendations. To do this we will need your WordPress admin and FTP login details.
