Martin Henery has worked in radar technology, IT and technical architecture. His recent experience is in large-scale infrastructure deployments, server consolidation, Amazon Web Services, and website design and development. In a range of roles – spanning everything from consultant to CTO – he has variously built the infrastructure for a leading online grocer in the UK, helped a logistics start-up get to grips with big data, and led a systems and infrastructure consolidation project during a global M&A.
With training in journalism and design, Nikki Edwards ran a full-service agency for 10 years, before offering her services as an independent adviser and communications consultant to blue-chip and corporate clients. During this time she managed global teams, specialising in employee engagement, strategic project planning, e-channels development, multinational campaigns, executive coaching and leadership events.
As the founders of Hot Chilli Box, they have employed their combined skills and experience in design, communication, project management and IT to deliver bespoke solutions to clients on five continents. Projects run the gamut from charities on small budgets and SMEs that need bespoke operations management tools, to e-commerce businesses and those that want high-end customer portals in multiple languages.
